Tok'Ra Allegiance

Took down the original draft of the "Resurgence" story andreplaced it with a shorter standalone piece that tells another part of the story. Also uploaded "Tok'raAllegiance" by Lizardbeth Johnson. Fixed some issues with the display of stories in the list.
