UKSpeechChannel 0.1 released

Someone recently mentioned they needed 10.1 support and thus couldn't use NSSpeechSynthesizer, and so I thought I'd put up some code I had on my hard disk that helps with that. It's UKSpeechSynthesizer, and mostly a drop-in replacement for NSSpeechSynthesizer based on Carbon's speech manager. Apart from having some additional features (like speed and pitch control), it also comes with UKSpeechSettingsView, a little view that is a GUI for changing the channel's settings, like voice, volume etc. Have fun with it!
