Kleenex - the sign of independence

Recently, Jon "Wolf" Rentzsch wrote he was feeling sock opulent. Well, I also occasionally find myself actually realizing the whole weight of a particular change in my life, usually embodied in some small and simple thing.

Like the time I bought my first 8-pack of handkerchiefs. I've never had to buy them, let alone more than one pack... I'd just go to the kitchen and take one pack from the stash. Weird how you do something like that and attach greater meaning to it.

I mean, crissake, it's just a couple packs of kleenex???
